Some Nice Bubbly
The New Miamian posted a review of Lan Pan-Asian Cafe and describes it as one of the best restaurants in Miami, swooning over the bubble teas. Although we are not sure what about this Cafe's food qualifies it as one of the best, the pictures on their menu sure do look tasty. Read her review here .
